Through decades of navigating the industry's nuances, he has gained invaluable knowledge, honed his skills, and cultivated a keen understanding of what makes a roofing business exceptional.

Jennifer George

Jennifer's professional journey has been characterized by versatility and excellence. With a solid foundation in construction trade organizations, the high-technology industry, desktop publishing, education, the non-profit sector, and social and human relations, she has cultivated a unique skill set that sets her apart in the professional landscape.

Jennifer was pivotal to the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association for the past nine years. As the Executive Director, she showcased her leadership skills and developed meaningful relationships with primary government entities. Her work involved close collaboration with the Arizonans for Fair Contracting, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Department of Safety and Hazard, and the National Roofing Contractors Association.

Jeff Dorman

Jeff is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. In addition to his roofing expertise, Jeff has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 15 years, which further strengthens his client-centered approach. Whether it’s a roofing project or navigating real estate, Jeff is always focused on finding the best possible solution for all parties involved.


Jeff’s love for Flagstaff and its breathtaking beauty brought him to this area, where he enjoys spending time with his family, capturing stunning landscapes through photography, and hiking the local trails.
