With a career spanning the construction industry, non-profit management, education, desktop publishing, and technology, she offers a multifaceted approach to supporting roofing operations that prioritize quality, compliance, and community engagement.

For over nine years, Jennifer played a pivotal role in shaping Arizona’s roofing industry as the Executive Director of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA). During her tenure, she built strong relationships with key state and national organizations, including the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Arizona Department of Safety and Hazard, Arizonans for Fair Contracting, and the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA).

Her experience navigating regulatory compliance, contracting standards, and industry advocacy ensures our company operates with integrity, accountability, and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver trusted, high-quality roofing services in Flagstaff, North Phoenix, and surrounding areas.

Jeff Dorman

Jeff brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in roofing and construction to Northern Arizona Roof Services. His understanding of materials, project coordination, and industry best practices allows him to deliver efficient, high-quality results tailored to each property.

Now based in Northern Arizona, Zach is proud to contribute to the region’s growth through reliable roofing solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching with the NAU Men’s Lacrosse Team, and staying involved in the local community.
